    Coalcliff Rock Pool Playground is set at a small park close to Coalcliff Rock Pool, located on Paterson Rd, Coalcliff. It is partially fenced, unshaded, soft fall grounded. The equipment is best suited for younger kids, suitable for toddlers. There are: baby and senior swing, mini ship, small fort with slide, abacus and noughts and crosses. There is a bench and a picnic table and very small grassy space, it's good for the liitle ones to run around. The open panorama with the view of the sea is pretty relaxing.

There is some grassland and trees for shade, the kids can run around and kick the ball, you can lounge on a blanket, read some good book. Nice place for some relax and play.

    There is a nice designed and well equipped playground on Thirroul Beach Reserve on Cliff Parade. Unfenced, unsheltered, soft fall grounded. Suitable for toddlers. The play equipment includes baby and senior swings, springers, cute child's size round tables with seats, big fort, slides, monkey bars, various climbing frames including climbing wall, chain bridge, and a playhouse with abacus and noughts and crosses and interesting play platforms for the little ones. There are benches at the side, you can chill watching the kids play. There is an open grassland, great for sports and ball games, or bring a picnic blanket and lounge in the grass. You can find covered picnic tables and BBQ near the play area. Next to the car parking there is a swimming pool. Toilets are available, too. Superb place for some refresh enjoying the open view of the sea.

  • Stanwell Park

    This is a nice spot for family afternoons. Kids can have fun on the playground or just run around the open field. There's a Stanwell Park Beach Kiosk on the other side of the parking lot where you can grab a cup of coffee or something to eat. Beach is further to the east (behind the kiosk). Kids will enjoy all sorts of different toys - several playhouses, a fort with slide, bridge and climbing net. There are couple of swings and spring riders too. Benches are located around the playground, parking lot is up front.
